This is Grenache that's all about juicy fruit and pure enjoyment. There's loads of ripe cherry and raspberry, a little spice and a savoury edge that keeps everything fresh, making it generous without ever becoming too big or heavy. It's the kind of red you can put on the table and watch everyone get around, and that easy-going drinkability is exactly why it made the cut.

What to eat with it?

This one's pretty hard to upset. Pizza, barbecue, lamb, burgers, charcuterie or anything with a bit of spice will work beautifully. It's also more than capable of disappearing on its own while you're waiting for dinner.

Drink now or later?

Now is where the fun is. You can comfortably hang onto it for up to three years, but all that juicy fruit and freshness is ready to go, so we wouldn't be waiting for a special occasion.
