2025 Dhillon Accidental Red

Some of the best things happen by accident, and this wine quite literally did. What started as a happy winemaking mishap is now deliberately made into a bright, juicy red that's loaded with red fruit, silky smooth and light enough to be seriously good with a slight chill. It's fun, ridiculously drinkable and doesn't take itself too seriously, which sounds a lot like our kind of wine and exactly why it made the cut.

What to eat with it?

Don't make this complicated. Pizza, burgers, charcuterie, grilled chicken, sausages or pretty much anything coming off the barbecue will work a treat. It's also the kind of red you can just crack with a bowl of chips and call it dinner.

Drink now or later?

We'd be drinking it now because all that juicy freshness is half the fun. It'll comfortably hold for another 5–6 years, but honestly, this isn't a wine we'd have the patience to hide away. Give it 20 minutes in the fridge and get stuck in.
