The Basics

Killa Plonk is a wine subscription for people who want bloody good bottles without the fluff, inflated price tags or having to roll the dice at the bottle shop.
We pressure-test every wine before it goes in a box. If we don’t rate it, it doesn’t make the cut. Simple as that.
You pick the box that suits how you drink:
- Reds Only
- Whites Only
- Mixed (Reds & Whites)
Then choose how often you want it delivered:
- Monthly
- Every 2 months
We take care of the rest.
The short version: wines we actually want to drink ourselves.
No filler. No passengers. No bottles chosen because the label looks fancy. Every wine is pressure-tested first and only goes in if we think it deserves a spot.

Killa Plonk is built around us doing the hard work of finding, tasting and picking cracking wines so you don’t have to.

You can choose from:
- Reds Only

- Mixed (Reds & Whites)
And you can have your box delivered either:
- Monthly
- Every 2 months
When you first sign up, your first payment is taken at checkout.
After that, we align your subscription to our regular billing cycle, which happens in the first week of the month.
Because we align all subscriptions to the Killa Plonk billing and shipping cycle.
If you sign up partway through a month, your next payment may be adjusted so future boxes line up with our regular schedule.
Your box ships in the third week of the month.
So the short version is:
- Billing happens in the first week of the month
- Your wine ships in the third week of the month
No. It’s a subscription, not a hostage situation.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account, as long as you do it before the next billing cycle.
Yes , but for now, if you want multiple subscriptions, you’ll need to purchase them as separate transactions.
For example, if you want a Reds Only subscription and a Mixed subscription, you’ll need to check out twice.
Not ideal, we know. It’s a current tech limitation and we’ll fix it when we can.

Shipping is capped at $15 anywhere we deliver in Australia.
We ship Australia-wide excluding the Northern Territory.
All Killa Plonk orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Yes. Because your order contains alcohol, someone of legal drinking age must be home to accept the delivery.
If no one of legal age is available to receive it, Australia Post will take the order to the nearest Post Office for collection.
We stick by the book on this one.
Because Killa Plonk contains alcohol, Australia Post may ask for ID at delivery if the person receiving the order looks under 25. The person accepting the delivery must be of legal drinking age.
Australia Post may also refuse to hand over the wine if the person receiving it appears intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
If no one of legal drinking age is home at the time of delivery, your box will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

Easy. Just log in to your account, add your new address and remove the old one.
You can log in to your account to manage your details or cancel your subscription.

Wine is personal, and not every bottle will be everyone’s forever favourite. But the whole point of Killa Plonk is that we do the filtering before it gets to you.
We pressure-test every bottle and only send wines we rate. That means no random filler and no mystery picks we wouldn’t happily drink ourselves.
