2025 Ox Hardy Wines Blewitt Springs Fiano

If you're starting to think Fiano deserves a regular spot in your wine fridge, this bottle might just seal the deal. Fresh lemon and juicy pear lead the way, with a little extra texture and a slightly salty, savoury finish that makes it more interesting than your average crisp white. It's refreshing, full of character and incredibly easy to enjoy, which is exactly why it made the cut.

What to eat with it?

Fresh prawns would be an absolute winner here, especially with a squeeze of lemon. Grilled fish, calamari, pesto pasta or a simple plate of buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes will also work beautifully.

Drink now or later?

We'd be drinking this now while all that fresh citrus and juicy fruit is at its best. There's enough texture and balance to suggest it'll hold for another couple of years, but it's already drinking beautifully, so there's no need to wait.
