2025 Gullyview Estate Lot Two Three Riesling

This is Clare Valley Riesling with a little more generosity than you might expect. Bursting with fresh lemon, lime and crisp apple, it's bright and refreshing, but there's a lovely fullness to it and just a tease of sweetness that balances all that zesty freshness beautifully. It's seriously satisfying, incredibly easy to drink and a cracking reminder that Riesling doesn't have to be razor sharp to be bloody good, which is exactly why it made the cut.

What to eat with it?

Fresh prawns would be an absolute winner, especially with a squeeze of lemon and some crusty bread. Grilled fish, oysters or anything with a little chilli and lime will also work beautifully.

Drink now or later?

Both. It's drinking beautifully now with all that fresh citrus and generous fruit, but there's enough freshness and balance to suggest it'll develop nicely over the next 5–8 years. No need to wait though, it's already seriously good drinking.
