2025 Frankland Estate Riesling

This is seriously good Riesling that manages to be both refreshing and full of flavour. It's bright, zesty and loaded with fresh citrus and crisp apple, with a little spice and a long, clean finish that just keeps you coming back for another sip. There's real quality behind this bottle, but more importantly it's bloody delicious to drink, and that's exactly why it made the cut.

What to eat with it?

Seafood is a no-brainer, but this will absolutely love anything with a bit of spice. Think prawns, oysters, fish tacos, Thai or Vietnamese, or just get it properly cold and crack it with some salty snacks.

Drink now or later?

You've got options here. It's brilliant right now while everything is fresh, bright and lively, but this is proper cellar-worthy Riesling and will comfortably develop over the next 10 years. If you've got more than one, drink one now and hide the other somewhere you'll forget about it.
