2024 Bush Track Aglianico

Aglianico might not be a household name, but this bottle is a cracking introduction. It's packed with dark fruit, balanced by a savoury edge and enough freshness to keep every sip lively without feeling too heavy. Young, vibrant and full of character, it's the sort of wine that punches well above its weight and that's exactly why it made the cut.

What to eat with it?

Give it something with a bit of richness. Slow-cooked beef, lamb, pizza or a hearty tomato-based pasta will play nicely with all that dark fruit and savoury character.

Drink now or later?

It's drinking beautifully now, particularly if you like your reds fresh and lively. There's enough structure to give it a few years in the cellar, but we wouldn't be waiting around for an excuse to open it.
