2025 Jasper Hill Lo Stesso Fiano

One of the best things about Killa Plonk is discovering wines you'd probably never pick up yourself, and this Fiano is a perfect example. Fresh, vibrant and loaded with juicy citrus and stone fruit, it's crisp enough to keep you coming back while offering a little extra texture that makes every glass interesting. It completely won us over, and that's exactly why it made the cut.

What to eat with it?

Seafood is your friend here. Grilled fish, prawns, calamari or a seafood pasta would be brilliant, but it'll also happily handle antipasto and lighter Mediterranean dishes.

Drink now or later?

It's fresh and delicious right now, but Fiano can be surprisingly good with a little age. Give it 2–4 years if you're curious, but there's absolutely no reason to wait.
