Right now we’re waiting on the final liquor licence paperwork to come through (easily the least exciting part of starting a wine business). But behind the scenes, the fun stuff has already started. We’re tasting through wines from small producers across Victoria and the rest of AUS hunting down the bottles that deserve a spot in the very first Killa Plonk cases. And here’s the important bit:

Every bottle is tasted before it makes the cut.
If we don’t rate it, it doesn’t go in.

The Inaugural Case

Once the licence lands, the very first Killa Plonk case will be released exclusively to the First Pour Crew first. That inaugural case is what gets everything off the ground. The first wines, the first deliveries, and the beginning of the club. Founding members get first crack before anyone else ever sees Killa Plonk.
